Our Programs
The ABC's of Self Defense is a Safety Education
Program specifically designed for children ages
5 to 12.
First introduced to San Francisco Bay Area Schools
as a One-Hour Safety Awareness Seminar, the
ABC's of Self Defense has quickly evolved into an
After School Enrichment Program that has been
greatly received by Principals, Teachers, Parents
and PTA Groups throughout the country.
Presented as a One-Hour Safety Awareness
Seminar or a Multi-Week After School Enrichment
Program, ABC's of Self Defense Instructors will
discuss such topics as;

Preparing your child for the world outside

What is a stranger?
-
Strangers and their lures
-
Going to school safely
-
Strangers on the playground
-
Being stalked by a stranger
-
Home alone
-
Lost at the mall
Classroom activities include role-playing different
scenarios between children and strangers, as
well as Escape Techniques and Self Defense.
At the completion of our Program, all children
receive and Official ABC's of Self Defense
Certificate of Completion.
Whether you're a Parent, Teacher, School Group
or Social Group, such as a Girl - Boy Scout Troup,
the ABC's of Self Defense will be the most
precious gift you will ever give your children,
Safety.
